Hadith About Ramzan Chand Dua
There is a Hadith in Sunan Ibn Majah that says: “When the month of Ramadan would come, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would say:
Meaning
‘O Allah, let the moon of Ramadan come upon us while we are in a state of peace, faith, safety, and Islam, and in accordance with what pleases You and You are satisfied with. Our Lord and Your Lord is Allah.'”
This Hadith is narrated by Umar ibn Al-Khattab and is reported in Sunan Ibn Majah.
This Hadith emphasizes the importance of making dua for the arrival of the month of Ramadan and seeking Allah’s blessings and guidance during this sacred time. The Ramzan Chand Dua is a beautiful way to welcome the month of Ramadan and seek Allah’s mercy and forgiveness.
Ramzan
Ramzan, also known as Ramadan, is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar and is considered one of the most significant months for Muslims around the world. It is a time of spiritual reflection, devotion, and self-control. During this month, Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset and engage in acts of worship, such as prayer, charity, and reading the Quran.
The month of Ramzan is believed to be the month in which the Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Muslims are encouraged to recite and study the Quran during this month, as it is considered a time of great blessings and rewards.
Fasting during Ramzan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, and it is mandatory for all healthy adult Muslims to fast during this month. The fast begins with the pre-dawn meal, known as suhoor, and ends with the breaking of the fast at sunset, known as iftar. During the fast, Muslims abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs, as a means of purifying the body and the soul.
