بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِىۡ لَهٗ مَا فِىۡ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ وَلَـهُ الۡحَمۡدُ فِىۡ الۡاٰخِرَةِؕ وَهُوَ الۡحَكِيۡمُ الۡخَبِيۡرُ﴿۱﴾ يَعۡلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ وَمَا يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهَا وَمَا يَنۡزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ وَمَا يَعۡرُجُ فِيۡهَاؕ وَهُوَ الرَّحِيۡمُ الۡغَفُوۡرُ﴿۲﴾ وَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا لَا تَاۡتِيۡنَا السَّاعَةُ ؕ قُلۡ بَلٰى وَرَبِّىۡ لَـتَاۡتِيَنَّكُمۡۙ عٰلِمِ الۡغَيۡبِۚ لَا يَعۡزُبُ عَنۡهُ مِثۡقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ فِىۡ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَلَا فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ وَلَاۤ اَصۡغَرُ مِنۡ ذٰلِكَ وَلَاۤ اَكۡبَرُ اِلَّا فِىۡ كِتٰبٍ مُّبِيۡنٍ﴿۳﴾ لِّيَجۡزِىَ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوۡا الصّٰلِحٰتِؕ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ لَهُمۡ مَّغۡفِرَةٌ وَّرِزۡقٌ كَرِيۡمٌ﴿۴﴾ وَالَّذِيۡنَ سَعَوۡ فِىۡۤ اٰيٰتِنَا مُعٰجِزِيۡنَ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ مِّنۡ رِّجۡزٍ اَلِيۡمٌ﴿۵﴾ وَيَرَى الَّذِيۡنَ اُوۡتُوۡا الۡعِلۡمَ الَّذِىۡۤ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَيۡكَ مِنۡ رَّبِّكَ هُوَ الۡحَـقَّ ۙ وَيَهۡدِىۡۤ اِلٰى صِرَاطِ الۡعَزِيۡزِ الۡحَمِيۡدِ﴿۶﴾ وَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا هَلۡ نَدُلُّكُمۡ عَلٰى رَجُلٍ يُّنَبِّئُكُمۡ اِذَا مُزِّقۡتُمۡ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍۙ اِنَّكُمۡ لَفِىۡ خَلۡقٍ جَدِيۡدٍۚ﴿۷﴾ اَفۡتَرٰى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا اَمۡ بِهٖ جِنَّةٌ ؕ بَلِ الَّذِيۡنَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِالۡاٰخِرَةِ فِىۡ الۡعَذَابِ وَالضَّلٰلِ الۡبَعِيۡدِ﴿۸﴾ اَفَلَمۡ يَرَوۡا اِلٰى مَا بَيۡنَ اَيۡدِيۡهِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَهُمۡ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ وَالۡاَرۡضِؕ اِنۡ نَّشَاۡ نَخۡسِفۡ بِهِمُ الۡاَرۡضَ اَوۡ نُسۡقِطۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كِسَفًا مِّنَ السَّمَآءِؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّكُلِّ عَبۡدٍ مُّنِيۡبٍ﴿۹﴾ وَلَقَدۡ اٰتَيۡنَا دَاوٗدَ مِنَّا فَضۡلاً ؕ يٰجِبَالُ اَوِّبِىۡ مَعَهٗ وَالطَّيۡرَ ۚ وَاَلَــنَّا لَـهُ الۡحَدِيۡدَۙ﴿۱۰﴾ اَنِ اعۡمَلۡ سٰبِغٰتٍ وَّقَدِّرۡ فِىۡ السَّرۡدِ وَاعۡمَلُوۡا صَالِحًـاؕ اِنِّىۡ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ بَصِيۡرٌ﴿۱۱﴾ وَلِسُلَيۡمٰنَ الرِّيۡحَ غُدُوُّهَا شَهۡرٌ وَّرَوَاحُهَا شَهۡرٌۚ وَ اَسَلۡنَا لَهٗ عَيۡنَ الۡقِطۡرِؕ وَمِنَ الۡجِنِّ مَنۡ يَّعۡمَلُ بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّهِؕ وَمَنۡ يَّزِغۡ مِنۡهُمۡ عَنۡ اَمۡرِنَا نُذِقۡهُ مِنۡ عَذَابِ السَّعِيۡرِ﴿۱۲﴾ يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ لَهٗ مَا يَشَآءُ مِنۡ مَّحَارِيۡبَ وَتَمَاثِيۡلَ وَجِفَانٍ كَالۡجَـوَابِ وَقُدُوۡرٍ رّٰسِيٰتٍؕ اِعۡمَلُوۡۤا اٰلَ دَاوٗدَ شُكۡرًاؕ وَقَلِيۡلٌ مِّنۡ عِبَادِىَ الشَّكُوۡرُ﴿۱۳﴾ فَلَمَّا قَضَيۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ الۡمَوۡتَ مَا دَلَّهُمۡ عَلٰى مَوۡتِهٖۤ اِلَّا دَآبَّةُ الۡاَرۡضِ تَاۡكُلُ مِنۡسَاَتَهُۚ فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الۡجِنُّ اَنۡ لَّوۡ كَانُوۡا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ الۡغَيۡبَ مَا لَبِثُوۡا فِىۡ الۡعَذَابِ الۡمُهِيۡنِؕ﴿۱۴﴾ لَقَدۡ كَانَ لِسَبَاٍ فِىۡ مَسۡكَنِهِمۡ اٰيَةٌ ۚ جَنَّتٰنِ عَنۡ يَّمِيۡنٍ وَّشِمَالٍ ؕ کُلُوۡا مِنۡ رِّزۡقِ رَبِّكُمۡ وَاشۡكُرُوۡا لَهٗ ؕ بَلۡدَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَّرَبٌّ غَفُوۡرٌ﴿۱۵﴾ فَاَعۡرَضُوۡا فَاَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ سَيۡلَ الۡعَرِمِ وَبَدَّلۡنٰهُمۡ بِجَنَّتَيۡهِمۡ جَنَّتَيۡنِ ذَوَاتَىۡ اُكُلٍ خَمۡطٍ وَّاَثۡلٍ وَّشَىۡءٍ مِّنۡ سِدۡرٍ قَلِيۡلٍ﴿۱۶﴾ ذٰلِكَ جَزَيۡنٰهُمۡ بِمَا كَفَرُوۡا ؕ وَهَلۡ نُـجٰزِىۡۤ اِلَّا الۡكَفُوۡرَ﴿۱۷﴾ وَجَعَلۡنَا بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَبَيۡنَ الۡقُرَى الَّتِىۡ بٰرَكۡنَا فِيۡهَا قُرًى ظَاهِرَةً وَّقَدَّرۡنَا فِيۡهَا السَّيۡرَؕ سِيۡرُوۡا فِيۡهَا لَيَالِىَ وَاَيَّامًا اٰمِنِيۡنَ﴿۱۸﴾ فَقَالُوۡا رَبَّنَا بٰعِدۡ بَيۡنَ اَسۡفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوۡۤا اَنۡفُسَهُمۡ فَجَعَلۡنٰهُمۡ اَحَادِيۡثَ وَمَزَّقۡنٰهُمۡ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُوۡرٍ﴿۱۹﴾ وَلَقَدۡ صَدَّقَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ اِبۡلِيۡسُ ظَنَّهٗ فَاتَّبَعُوۡهُ اِلَّا فَرِيۡقًا مِّنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ﴿۲۰﴾ وَمَا كَانَ لَهٗ عَلَيۡهِمۡ مِّنۡ سُلۡطٰنٍ اِلَّا لِنَعۡلَمَ مَنۡ يُّؤۡمِنُ بِالۡاٰخِرَةِ مِمَّنۡ هُوَ مِنۡهَا فِىۡ شَكٍّؕ وَ رَبُّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ حَفِيۡظٌ﴿۲۱﴾ قُلِ ادۡعُوۡا الَّذِيۡنَ زَعَمۡتُمۡ مِّنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِۚ لَا يَمۡلِكُوۡنَ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ فِىۡ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَلَا فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ وَمَا لَهُمۡ فِيۡهِمَا مِنۡ شِرۡكٍ وَّمَا لَهٗ مِنۡهُمۡ مِّنۡ ظَهِيۡرٍ﴿۲۲﴾ وَلَا تَنۡفَعُ الشَّفَاعَةُ عِنۡدَهٗۤ اِلَّا لِمَنۡ اَذِنَ لَهٗؕ حَتّٰٓى اِذَا فُزِّعَ عَنۡ قُلُوۡبِهِمۡ قَالُوۡا مَاذَاۙ قَالَ رَبُّكُمۡؕ قَالُوۡا الۡحَـقَّۚ وَهُوَ الۡعَلِىُّ الۡكَبِيۡرُ﴿۲۳﴾ قُلۡ مَنۡ يَّرۡزُقُكُمۡ مِّنَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِؕ قُلِ اللّٰهُۙ وَ اِنَّاۤ اَوۡ اِيَّاكُمۡ لَعَلٰى هُدًى اَوۡ فِىۡ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيۡنٍ﴿۲۴﴾ قُل لَّا تُسۡـــَٔلُوۡنَ عَمَّاۤ اَجۡرَمۡنَا وَلَا نُسۡـَٔـلُ عَمَّا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ﴿۲۵﴾ قُلۡ يَجۡمَعُ بَيۡنَنَا رَبُّنَا ثُمَّ يَفۡتَحُ بَيۡنَنَا بِالۡحَـقِّؕ وَهُوَ الۡـفَتَّاحُ الۡعَلِيۡمُ﴿۲۶﴾ قُلۡ اَرُوۡنِىَ الَّذِيۡنَ اَلۡحَـقۡتُمۡ بِهٖ شُرَكَآءَ كَلَّاؕ بَلۡ هُوَ اللّٰهُ الۡعَزِيۡزُ الۡحَكِيۡمُ﴿۲۷﴾ وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنٰكَ اِلَّا كَآفَّةً لِّلنَّاسِ بَشِيۡرًا وَّنَذِيۡرًا وَّلٰـكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ﴿۲۸﴾ وَيَقُوۡلُوۡنَ مَتٰى هٰذَا الۡوَعۡدُ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ صٰدِقِيۡنَ﴿۲۹﴾ قُل لَّـكُمۡ مِّيۡعَادُ يَوۡمٍ لَّا تَسۡتَاْخِرُوۡنَ عَنۡهُ سَاعَةً وَّلَا تَسۡتَقۡدِمُوۡنَ﴿۳۰﴾ وَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا لَنۡ نُّؤۡمِنَ بِهٰذَا الۡقُرۡاٰنِ وَلَا بِالَّذِىۡ بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِؕ وَلَوۡ تَرٰٓى اِذِ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ مَوۡقُوۡفُوۡنَ عِنۡدَ رَبِّهِمۡ ۖۚ يَرۡجِعُ بَعۡضُهُمۡ اِلٰى بَعۡضِ اۨلۡقَوۡلَۚ يَقُوۡلُ الَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتُضۡعِفُوۡا لِلَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتَكۡبَرُوۡا لَوۡلَاۤ اَنۡـتُمۡ لَـكُـنَّا مُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ﴿۳۱﴾ قَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتَكۡبَرُوۡا لِلَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتُضۡعِفُوۡۤا اَنَحۡنُ صَدَدۡنٰكُمۡ عَنِ الۡهُدٰى بَعۡدَ اِذۡ جَآءَكُمۡ بَلۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مُّجۡرِمِيۡنَ﴿۳۲﴾ وَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتُضۡعِفُوۡا لِلَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتَكۡبَرُوۡا بَلۡ مَكۡرُ الَّيۡلِ وَ النَّهَارِ اِذۡ تَاۡمُرُوۡنَـنَاۤ اَنۡ نَّـكۡفُرَ بِاللّٰهِ وَنَجۡعَلَ لَهٗۤ اَنۡدَادًاؕ وَاَسَرُّوۡا النَّدَامَةَ لَمَّا رَاَوُا الۡعَذَابَؕ وَجَعَلۡنَا الۡاَغۡلٰلَ فِىۡۤ اَعۡنَاقِ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡاؕ هَلۡ يُجۡزَوۡنَ اِلَّا مَا كَانُوۡا يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ﴿۳۳﴾ وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا فِىۡ قَرۡيَةٍ مِّنۡ نَّذِيۡرٍ اِلَّا قَالَ مُتۡرَفُوۡهَاۤ ۙاِنَّا بِمَاۤ اُرۡسِلۡتُمۡ بِهٖ كٰفِرُوۡنَ﴿۳۴﴾ وَ قَالُوۡا نَحۡنُ اَكۡثَرُ اَمۡوَالاً وَّاَوۡلَادًاۙ وَّمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِيۡنَ﴿۳۵﴾ قُلۡ اِنَّ رَبِّىۡ يَبۡسُطُ الرِّزۡقَ لِمَنۡ يَّشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ﴿۳۶﴾ وَمَاۤ اَمۡوَالُـكُمۡ وَلَاۤ اَوۡلَادُكُمۡ بِالَّتِىۡ تُقَرِّبُكُمۡ عِنۡدَنَا زُلۡفٰٓى اِلَّا مَنۡ اٰمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًـا فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ لَهُمۡ جَزَآءُ الضِّعۡفِ بِمَا عَمِلُوۡا وَهُمۡ فِىۡ الۡغُرُفٰتِ اٰمِنُوۡنَ﴿۳۷﴾ وَ الَّذِيۡنَ يَسۡعَوۡنَ فِىۡۤ اٰيٰتِنَا مُعٰجِزِيۡنَ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ فِىۡ الۡعَذَابِ مُحۡضَرُوۡنَ﴿۳۸﴾ قُلۡ اِنَّ رَبِّىۡ يَبۡسُطُ الرِّزۡقَ لِمَنۡ يَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهٖ وَيَقۡدِرُ لَهٗؕ وَمَاۤ اَنۡفَقۡتُمۡ مِّنۡ شَىۡءٍ فَهُوَ يُخۡلِفُهٗۚ وَهُوَ خَيۡرُ الرّٰزِقِيۡنَ﴿۳۹﴾ وَيَوۡمَ يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ جَمِيۡعًا ثُمَّ يَقُوۡلُ لِلۡمَلٰٓٮِٕكَةِ اَهٰٓؤُلَآءِ اِيَّاكُمۡ كَانُوۡا يَعۡبُدُوۡنَ﴿۴۰﴾ قَالُوۡا سُبۡحٰنَكَ اَنۡتَ وَلِيُّنَا مِنۡ دُوۡنِهِمۡۚ بَلۡ كَانُوۡا يَعۡبُدُوۡنَ الۡجِنَّۚ اَكۡثَرُهُمۡ بِهِمۡ مُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ﴿۴۱﴾ فَالۡيَوۡمَ لَا يَمۡلِكُ بَعۡضُكُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ نَّفۡعًا وَّلَا ضَرًّاؕ وَّنَـقُوۡلُ لِلَّذِيۡنَ ظَلَمُوۡا ذُوۡقُوۡا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّتِىۡ كُنۡتُمۡ بِهَا تُكَذِّبُوۡنَ﴿۴۲﴾ وَاِذَا تُتۡلٰى عَلَيۡهِمۡ اٰيٰتُنَا بَيِّنٰتٍ قَالُوۡا مَا هٰذَاۤ اِلَّا رَجُلٌ يُّرِيۡدُ اَنۡ يَّصُدَّكُمۡ عَمَّا كَانَ يَعۡبُدُ اٰبَآؤُكُمۡۚ وَقَالُوۡا مَا هٰذَاۤ اِلَّاۤ اِفۡكٌ مُّفۡتَرً ىؕ وَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا لِلۡحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡۙ اِنۡ هٰذَاۤ اِلَّا سِحۡرٌ مُّبِيۡنٌ﴿۴۳﴾ وَمَاۤ اٰتَيۡنٰهُمۡ مِّنۡ كُتُبٍ يَّدۡرُسُوۡنَهَا وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡهِمۡ قَبۡلَكَ مِنۡ نَّذِيۡرٍؕ﴿۴۴﴾ وَكَذَّبَ الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهِمۡۙ وَمَا بَلَـغُوۡا مِعۡشَارَ مَاۤ اٰتَيۡنٰهُمۡ فَكَذَّبُوۡا رُسُلِىۡ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ نَكِيۡرِ﴿۴۵﴾ قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اَعِظُكُمۡ بِوَاحِدَةٍ ۚ اَنۡ تَقُوۡمُوۡا لِلّٰهِ مَثۡنَىٰ وَفُرَادٰى ثُمَّ تَتَفَكَّرُوۡا مَا بِصَاحِبِكُمۡ مِّنۡ جِنَّةٍؕ اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا نَذِيۡرٌ لَّـكُمۡ بَيۡنَ يَدَىۡ عَذَابٍ شَدِيۡدٍ﴿۴۶﴾ قُلۡ مَا سَاَلۡـتُكُمۡ مِّنۡ اَجۡرٍ فَهُوَ لَـكُمۡؕ اِنۡ اَجۡرِىَ اِلَّا عَلَى اللّٰهِۚ وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ شَهِيۡدٌ﴿۴۷﴾ قُلۡ اِنَّ رَبِّىۡ يَقۡذِفُ بِالۡحَـقِّۚ عَلَّامُ الۡغُيُوۡبِ﴿۴۸﴾ قُلۡ جَآءَ الۡحَـقُّ وَمَا يُبۡدِئُ الۡبَاطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيۡدُ﴿۴۹﴾ قُلۡ اِنۡ ضَلَلۡتُ فَاِنَّمَاۤ اَضِلُّ عَلٰى نَفۡسِىۡۚ وَاِنِ اهۡتَدَيۡتُ فَبِمَا يُوۡحِىۡۤ اِلَىَّ رَبِّىۡؕ اِنَّهٗ سَمِيۡعٌ قَرِيۡبٌ﴿۵۰﴾ وَلَوۡ تَرٰٓى اِذۡ فَزِعُوۡا فَلَا فَوۡتَ وَاُخِذُوۡا مِنۡ مَّكَانٍ قَرِيۡبٍۙ﴿۵۱﴾ وَّقَالُـوۡۤا اٰمَنَّا بِهٖۚ وَاَنّٰى لَهُمُ التَّنَاوُشُ مِنۡ مَّكَانٍۭ بَعِيۡدٍ ۖۚ﴿۵۲﴾ وَّقَدۡ كَفَرُوۡا بِهٖ مِنۡ قَبۡلُۚ وَيَقۡذِفُوۡنَ بِالۡغَيۡبِ مِنۡ مَّكَانٍۭۢ بَعِيۡدٍ﴿۵۳﴾ وَحِيۡلَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَبَيۡنَ مَا يَشۡتَهُوۡنَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِاَشۡيَاعِهِمۡ مِّنۡ قَبۡلُؕ اِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوۡا فِىۡ شَكٍّ مُّرِيۡبٍ﴿۵۴﴾

Name taken from Verse 15 where there is a mention of the “Family”.
١٥ لَقَدْ كَانَ لِسَبَإٍ فِي مَسْكَنِهِمْ آيَةٌ ۖ جَنَّتَانِ عَنْ يَمِينٍ وَشِمَالٍ ۖ كُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِ رَبِّكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لَهُ ۚ بَلْدَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَرَبٌّ غَفُورٌ
15 There was for [the tribe of] Saba’ in their dwelling place a sign: two [fields of] gardens on the right and on the left. [They were told], “Eat from the provisions of your Lord and be grateful to Him. A good land [have you], and a forgiving Lord.”
But It does not mean that this name is the actual topic discussed in the whole Surah. It is just a reference and mark/symbol to distinguish this Surah from others as is with most other Surahs of the Quran. While there are diversified topics discussed in these Surahs.

Surah Saba Key Verses
١٠ وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ مِنَّا فَضْلًا ۖ يَا جِبَالُ أَوِّبِي مَعَهُ وَالطَّيْرَ ۖ وَأَلَنَّا لَهُ الْحَدِيدَ
10 And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. [We said], “O mountains, repeat [Our] praises with him, and the birds [as well].” And We made pliable for him iron,
١٢ وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ غُدُوُّهَا شَهْرٌ وَرَوَاحُهَا شَهْرٌ ۖ وَأَسَلْنَا لَهُ عَيْنَ الْقِطْرِ ۖ وَمِنَ الْجِنِّ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ ۖ وَمَنْ يَزِغْ مِنْهُمْ عَنْ أَمْرِنَا نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ
12 And to Solomon [We subjected] the wind – its morning [journey was that of] a month – and its afternoon [journey was that of] a month, and We made flow for him a spring of [liquid] copper. And among the jinn were those who worked for him by the permission of his Lord. And whoever deviated among them from Our command – We will make him taste of the punishment of the Blaze.
١٥ لَقَدْ كَانَ لِسَبَإٍ فِي مَسْكَنِهِمْ آيَةٌ ۖ جَنَّتَانِ عَنْ يَمِينٍ وَشِمَالٍ ۖ كُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِ رَبِّكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لَهُ ۚ بَلْدَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَرَبٌّ غَفُورٌ
15 There was for [the tribe of] Saba’ in their dwelling place a sign: two [fields of] gardens on the right and on the left. [They were told], “Eat from the provisions of your Lord and be grateful to Him. A good land [have you], and a forgiving Lord.”
١٩ فَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَحَادِيثَ وَمَزَّقْنَاهُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ
19 But [insolently] they said, “Our Lord, lengthen the distance between our journeys,” and wronged themselves, so We made them narrations and dispersed them in total dispersion. Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.
٥٤ وَحِيلَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ مَا يَشْتَهُونَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِأَشْيَاعِهِمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا فِي شَكٍّ مُرِيبٍ
54 And prevention will be placed between them and what they desire, as was done with their kind before. Indeed, they were in disquieting denial.

Explanation And Back Ground
This Surah has 54 verses divided into 6 Rukus/Sections. Revealed In Mecca almost in the middle period of the Prophet’s preaching at Mecca. This surah addresses and answers various questions raised by the non-believers on the oneness of God and the institution of Prophethood. The title Saba/Sheba comes from verses 15 where there is a mention of people of Saba and further it states their story to show how they were punished for their ungratefulness.
It also states the story of Prophet David and Solomon and the bounties and Miracles that God bestowed upon them. This is to show to the disbelievers of that time and of future generations that in these two examples there are lessons that how God-fearing people act when they receive God’s blessings and how is the attitude of people who are ungrateful and have no association with God.
The Messenger of Allah PBUH said: For one who recites Surah Saba there would none from the prophets and messengers who would not be his companion and shake his hand.
